1. Scope and contact
This Privacy Policy explains how Peptide, the calculator website at peptidedosagecalculator.app, handles information when you visit the site, use its tools, save calculations, or contact the site maintainer. The website is operated by an independent individual developer using the public project pen name Peptide Developer. In this policy, “we” and “our” refer to that developer. The pen name is not a legal name or a statement of residence. Peptide is the website name, not a claim of incorporation, professional licensing, or medical accreditation.
For privacy questions or requests, email websiteaftersales@gmail.com. You do not need an account or an email address to use the calculators. Sending feedback is optional. This policy describes the current website application; your browser, device, email service, and websites you visit through external links have their own data practices.
2. Information at a glance
Calculator inputs and results are processed in your browser. The application does not send them to our server as part of performing a calculation. Saving a configuration stores a copy in that browser. A backup download creates a file on your device; importing a backup reads it locally.
Visiting a website still involves requesting files from its hosting infrastructure. Separately, if you choose to send us an email, we receive the information in that message. Local calculation processing should therefore not be understood as a promise that browsing or emailing produces no information outside your device.
3. Calculator inputs and temporary data
The tools process numerical inputs such as mass, concentration, final volume, target amount, syringe capacity, component amounts, schedules, stock, and prices. You may also enter labels for a blend or saved calculation. The application uses these values to produce the result you request; it does not use them to build an advertising profile or make decisions about eligibility, diagnosis, or treatment.
Unsaved form values are held in page memory. The application does not intentionally persist them unless you select a saving action. Browser restoration, autofill, extensions, clipboard history, and device backup features may retain information under your own settings. Avoid putting names, patient identifiers, prescriptions, or health histories into labels or feedback fields.
4. Local storage, cookies, and tracking
Choosing Save this calculation stores the configuration name, inputs, an identifier, and a date in this browser’s local storage. The tools keep separate lists, with up to 30 entries per tool. Returning to the same browser lets you manage those entries; there is no account-based synchronization between devices.
The current application does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include analytics scripts, advertising pixels, third-party embedded media, or a marketing subscription form. Its optional save feature uses local storage, which is different from a cookie. Fonts are bundled with the website rather than fetched from a remote font service.
You can use the main calculation features without saving anything. Blocking local storage may prevent saving and loading. Local entries have no automatic expiry set by the application and may remain until you delete them or your browser removes site data. Anyone with access to the same unlocked browser profile may be able to view them.
5. Backups, downloads, copying, and printing
JSON backups contain configuration names, inputs, identifiers, dates, and the tool and format version. The import feature checks the selected file locally; it does not upload that file. Accepted imports add copies rather than replacing existing entries. The current import size limit is 200 KB.
Result cards, text reports, and CSV files may include calculation details and timestamps. Copy places selected information on your clipboard. Print hands content to your browser’s print system and the destination you choose. Your device, cloud drive, clipboard service, or printer may process these copies separately.
Deleting a saved entry does not delete files you downloaded, clipboard history, printed copies, email attachments, or copies held by another person. Review exports before sharing them and store them somewhere appropriate for their contents.
6. Feedback and email correspondence
The feedback form holds the tool name, reproduction steps, expected result, and observed result in the current page. Download error report creates a local text file. Open email draft passes the report to your configured email application through a mailto link. The contact icon also opens a mailto link. These actions do not automatically send a message, although your email application may save a draft.
If you send the message, we receive your email address, any display name supplied by your email service, message contents, attachments, and ordinary email metadata such as the sent date. We use correspondence to reply, investigate reported errors, improve the tools, and address privacy or security concerns. We do not add feedback senders to a marketing list.
Our published support mailbox uses Gmail, provided by Google. Messages are handled through that service and your chosen email provider. Send only information necessary to explain the issue, preferably with hypothetical numerical examples. Do not send medical records or information about another person without appropriate authority.
7. Website delivery and service providers
Vercel has been selected to host the public website. When the site is deployed there, Vercel and its delivery infrastructure may process request information, such as an IP address, requested URL, access time, browser details, referrer information, and response or error status, to deliver the website, maintain availability, and address abuse. Calculator values are not deliberately included in these requests by the application.
Service providers involved in website delivery and email may process information in countries other than your own. We do not promise that all information remains in a particular country. The hosting provider is Vercel. The actual deployment regions, log retention settings, and applicable transfer arrangements must still be confirmed for the public deployment. Choosing Vercel does not mean that the developer resides in the United States or that all data is processed there.
The application does not sell personal information or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by a valid legal obligation or where necessary to investigate a security incident, limited to the relevant information and circumstances.
8. How long information is kept
Saved calculations remain under your browser’s control as described above. Downloaded files remain where you save them. We cannot remotely remove these copies and do not hold a server-side backup of your saved calculations.
For correspondence we receive, retention is based on whether the issue remains open, whether follow-up or investigation is needed, and whether a record must be kept to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. There is no automatic deletion schedule implemented by the website for the Gmail mailbox. You may request deletion of correspondence; we will explain any information that needs to be retained and the reason.
Hosting logs, email-provider backups, and security records can follow different retention settings. A deletion request is not a promise of instantaneous erasure from every provider backup. We will distinguish information we can delete from information governed by a provider or a legal retention requirement.
9. Your choices and privacy requests
You can delete local entries through My saved calculations or remove all site storage through your browser settings. The tool offers a limited undo for the most recent deletion during the current page session. Export before clearing data if you want to keep a copy. Clearing local site data cannot be reversed by contacting us.
Depending on the law that applies to you and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of personal information we hold. You may also have the right to object to certain processing and, where processing relies on consent, to withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Send requests to websiteaftersales@gmail.com with enough context to identify the relevant correspondence. We may need proportionate verification, but do not send identity documents or medical information unless specifically needed and an appropriate method has been agreed. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitation. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority where that right applies.
This notice explains current functions; it does not claim that every regional privacy regime applies or that a jurisdiction-specific compliance assessment has been completed.
10. Security and sensitive information
Keeping calculator inputs in the browser reduces the need to transmit them, but local storage is not a secure medical-record vault. The application does not provide a separate password or application-level encryption for saved entries. Protect your device, browser profile, downloaded files, and email account.
No website, device, or email system can guarantee perfect security. If you suspect a privacy or security problem, contact the support mailbox with a brief description and avoid including other people’s data. This site is not designed to collect or manage clinical records.
11. Children’s information
The site is an educational arithmetic tool and is not directed at children. We do not ask for a date of birth or intentionally solicit children’s personal information. If a child has emailed personal information to us, a parent or guardian can contact the support mailbox so that the message can be identified and handled appropriately.
12. External links and policy changes
Following an external reference or opening an email app takes you into a service whose privacy practices we do not control. A reference link does not mean that the referenced organization endorses Peptide.
We will revise this policy when the website’s data practices materially change and update the date shown above. If a change requires notice or consent under applicable law, updating this page alone does not replace that requirement. New analytics, accounts, payments, or cloud storage would require a fresh review of the relevant disclosures.
